Brand new beginners courses starting 24 and 26 April in Muswell Hill and Highgate Village
Trying out yoga for the first time can be quite a daunting experience. The first yoga class I ever attending circa 13 years ago was an all-level class in a local gym and despite being taught by one of London's top yoga teachers, it was not the best starts. In fact, I didn't try yoga again for another year or so...
With that in experience in mind, I have decided to start a couple of dedicated 6-week yoga courses for absolute beginners, to go through all the basic elements and progress through the poses and other techniques in a safe, structured and logical way, with an emphasis on having fun and being supportive of each other.
Beginners Course Highgate Village starts 24 April, Thursdays @19.30-20.30
Beginners Course Muswell Hill starts 26 April, Thursdays @19.00-20.00
If you are a beginner and curious about yoga, I hope you can join us!

From small beginnings come great things.
This Autumn has been all about beginnings for me. Starting new yoga classes in Muswell Hill has been exciting for sure. And each Monday when my new dedicated students walk into the yoga room, I feel very grateful for the privilege of being able to teach, as well as learn from them.
Beginning something new usually feels like it requires extra effort, and so we often put it off thinking that we must wait for the "right time" or the ideal circumstances. Often this means that we postpone things that are very important, like our well-being, even though we know better. In hatha yoga, taking care of our health, body and minds is the very cornerstone of our practice, because when we are healthy it is easier to live life to its fullest, to act purposefully, to stay resilient and ride the waves of grace.
I would like to invite you all to take your first steps towards something great. Roll out your yoga mat, set a dedication, and practice practice! Even better; come join us on Mondays and let's do it together, which also makes it more fun and we get to support each other on our journeys!
Namaste,
Victoria
